We do not offer refunds on any services, treatment packages, prepaid sessions, or deposits. Once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the sessions have been completed. Rescheduling & Late Arrivals * Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session. * Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the provider's discretion. * A no-call, no-show will result in the session being marked as completed with no reschedule.
